| Good episode with a mixture of humor and serious plot. BL-frenzy women sure are scary...but the misunderstanding at the end is even worse and everything was pretty amusing if not outright funny, especially when Natsume's eyes changed color. Not surprisingly, there's still a lot of unrevealed plot thus far, though we know who the villain will be for the foreseeable future. The only thing I'm curious about is whether that one-armed man at the end somehow knows Harutora. Sure seems like it. |
| Argh, I wished that would have included the whole shikigami clone fiasco, that bit crazy. Oh well this still worked out pretty good, especially the last bit where Kon's comments keep making things worse. XD Rinji- said: So was the white haired guy the ogre from before? There's hint to who his identity is, look at his arm. He also talks about Hishamaru as if he knows him... :) |
| Looks like im the only one who found the episode boring. Probably because the whole gender bender hilarity has gotten pretty old, at least for my tastes. Hope for more action next week or anything really other than pseudo boy love hijinks. |

And while the scene was rearranged in the anime it is completely necessary. It's really not hard to figure out what the conversation was about, try reading again. Then think back to what happened last episode with that cult member and it's imitation Kakuygouki, then you realize this was real one. They even showed his characteristic of missing one arm. |

I think the problem with it is that the anime is trying to be funny and serious at the same time (like how Kyokai did) and it's quite hard to suddenly take it seriously after they fool around the Natsume gender situation. When so many side characters and different events are thrown at you, it's quite hard to focus on the main plot. At least for me. |
| Funny bits were completely separate from serous ones though. The change of tone when Othomo's man-made familiar came back and he stated "I found him" was a dead give way something was about to happen. This is unlike KnK where comedy bits are intermixed with serious stuff creating a mood whiplash. But like said earlier it's not understand that part if you just think over. |

| FUjino, KiFU -- you know why those ladies got those last names lol Yashibu, Zagin, Giroppon, Jukushin, Bukuroike, Kawashina.... Can you tell they are places in Tokyo? lol And then from being suspected of BL to becoming suspected of lolicon bestiality fetish... lol And they really portray the streets and alleys in Shibuya in good details. I could tell most of the places where they are in real Shibuya!! The moment I saw that slope Harutora and Natsume went up, I said to myself: They are going to hotel !!! Yeah, just by seeing the slope I can tell they are at the fringe of the hotel zone! One thing I don't get though is why nobody could tell Natsume is a girl even though she was all naked on the upper body? Did she use some magic to change her body when she is at school? |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

BTW, since the anime didn't not add this like I thought they would I'll say it here, it was Harutora broke his own wooden sword during the match with Kyouko. He's spiritual power was so strong that he ended up overloading the enchantments. |

| Funny ep. Kon is still a lil' cutie. But I like her unsealed state more (w/c we probably wont get to see this season). And now the "one armed man" enters. Major hints thrown about. He'll be a central character later w/ deep ties to the Tsuchimikado and Yakou. |

| The episode was fine,4 chapters covered from this episode onwards the plot will be new to me. I don't get it why Kakugyouki(?) said "You are so loyal" and what was the motive of that old man in the end. Also if I'm correct, we get to see more Touji in next episode? yay :D |
