I think there is some stuff in replay games not 100% sure so don't quote me. Forbidden planet in belfast has a good range of manga. HMV has a good range of anime but it would be better to buy anime on amazon or play.com

Also Ive only been in northern ireland a short time and I'm not 100% certain where everything is only a couple of places plus Ive got like no friends haha thanks to moving here so I'm always looking for new friends haha
