Is it really that bad ? Cuz I've seen season 1 and its somewhat good.

But then again it's ecchi, I mean what did you expect ?

They are going heavy on the echo but the storyline is FAR superior but so far the anime is making some missteps but I think it is still enjoyable

Season 2 is better in my opinion because it feels more serious with less fanservice. It is much better than what I was expecting, and it is definitely the best ecchi anime I've seen this year when it comes to story and action. Also, it has torture and murder which is something very rare to see in ecchi animes.

yeah i dnt think its bad anime , but in season 1 there were more male and female action and embarassing moments and it was cute ... in season 2 i hardly see our male protagnist at all ... its like watching girls mess around , and its just disappointing so far ... hope in next few eps it will be better

Romance? I could care less about every single male in this show. Either they are average or they plain suck. Kazuya is a horrible male lead. I think s2 is better because it has less Kazuya in it. I just wish there was more action.

I didn't really expect anything, but this is a pathetic adaption of the manga.

Season one was better and is solid enought to let you jump onto the manga afterwards. If people pick up the manga after Vibration they will most likely find themselves confused.

@Regarding Kazuya:

He is actually a solid (I would actually call him "normal" or realistic) character in the manga, but the anime has totally messed him up :/

And the romance part is actually best thing about the whole manga, while the story sadly start falling a part a bit :/

How do some of you think they have upped the Ecchi? Did you even watch S1? The ecchi level has been noticeably turned down compared to S1. The plot isn't just about "When are you gonna do the baptism? We need to take down Satellizer? Have you done the baptism yet?"

Things started to get really good at the end of S1 and now things are picking up quite nicely in S2. It is strange that they're moving the order of the Siblings Arc around, and I'm not exactly sure why they chose to do that, but I guess we'll see how they bring it all together to still fit manga continuity.

i agree with all of you , but , freezing is ecchi anime , i m just saying that it needs little romance , and not naked girls in pool ... like im not shoujo fan ... im shounen type ... so little more of kazuya x other females just to spice it

I absolutely agree with Liph.

The manga is rather well done.
It has much less fanservice than it's animated adaptation.

My advise hould be:
"If the animation got you even slightly interested in the setting,
then you should try out the manga."

Kazuya got even less presence in my opinion than he did in manga. Though i've got to say, his stupidity and obliviousness is about the same.

The first season was watchable without feeling angry at him, but now, in the second season i just wanna punch him. Somehow he gives off the same feeling as Shinji, which is making me even more pissed.

Like Shinji? Not at all. Shinji was a main character who was scared, Kazuya could be writen out of the show without changing a line of dialogue, thats how non present he is.

Not sure why there are so many comments/complaints on the amount of boobage in an Ecchi anime. Honestly, this has happened to every single Ecchi manga that has some sort of anime adaption. The reason is b/c tits sell copies of the anime, which is what they are all out to do. For the most part, when you come to realize and expect the amount of TnA in an Ecchi manga-turned-anime, then you will be less disappointed with the result and be able to enjoy it a little more.

Yeah, the manga is great. Honestly, Freezing and Berserk are the my favorite mangas of all time. But the mangas dont stop me from not appreciating the anime/film adaptations. The story for Freezing this time around in Season 2 is much better from the start, with dark elements and actual character development as well as Satella's past explained. Season 1 never had this much plot material, and this season still has 4 episodes left in it (assuming they are rolling with 12).
