| I had seen the title of this episode earlier in December so I was dead set on getting to this on Christmas Eve. I'm a bit disappointed I didn't, but it still captured the spirit of Christmas very well and has reminded me of its warmth. This was an unbelievably sweet episode, I nearly teared up during the puppet show. I think one of the strongest messages this show is sending is that life is a very unexpected adventure and that as long as you remain optimistic and determined, opportunities for better will show up. But now that Romeo has declared that he wants to become a teacher, I wonder how this will impact his decision to go home in the spring. |

| I like dr.Casella from the beginning and like him even more near the end. Such a gold heart, helping each other, and a father figure for Romeo and Bianca. The sister is right, if the humanity have more people like dr.Casella, this world would become a good place to live. This Christmas eve episode really catch the meaning of Christmas and really sweet on its way. Romeo and Bianca already decided what they want to be. 1 more episode to say a farewell to this outstanding classic story. |

If Alfredo's death is the saddest moment in the story, this is arguably the most uplifting. Now that I'm older, I can better appreciate the adult perspective of watching children aspire towards dreams. For Romeo & Bianca, those goals are far away and the full significance of them is still foreign to their worldviews. However, it's people of virtue & good moral character such as Isabella & Dr. Casella who represent the full fruition of what it means to live a good & purposeful life. |
