----------------------------------------
...Endou is an endlessly amazing Captain. The only time he broke down was because his friends left the team. Otherwise he tries his hardest to keep everyone in order, even if he is struggling with things himself. He even once gave up his favorite position as a Goalkeeper in order for him and the team to become stronger.

WOW, so that was the point of keeping them locked up? To train in a tight space? And he didn't want to just give away the answers, because sometimes you need to come up with your own, unique to you.

I think Kudou wants them not just to win, but to learn something from it. He won't hand them all the answers or skills.

Aha, so Tsunami was caught after all. orz

Does Toramaru have an inferior complex?

Kudou is not a cruel coach at all, he lets Tobitaka leave and seems to know why he needed to, he encourages Toramaru, and instead of punishing Tsunami, he allows him the chance to become stronger while giving him a hint about it.

..Whoa. So the incident with Sakurazuka was caused by Teikoku/Kageyama, not Kudou. And yet Kudou doesn't bear a grudge against Kidou.

Toramaru's skills are really interesting, it's all about keeping the ball safe and getting to where it needs to go, very smooth. Makes me think of how Kuroko is used in Kuroko no Basuke. But even in that, Kuroko has to eventually change his playstyle to get stronger.
