But she wasn't bit. I think its mysterious how people get infected. If a person get in contact with a zombie, the person had to be isolated.

She became a zombie even though

She didn't get bit. The other woman checked on her.
She closed her eyes and mouth to prevent blood from coming in

The hallucination was strange too, does that mean the infected stab practice zombie escaped and bit her or she got infected some other way??

Could Kurusu possibly have infected her? In chapter 121 you could see that Kurusu was sleeping right next to her. She could of also been infected during the attack. One thing I noticed about the zombie that attacked her was that some of the fingers on its left hand were missing. Maybe some of the exposed bone on its fingers cut the palm of her hand.

Oh, I liked that strange character. It's interesting to me that, although they stated in the manga that they didn't feel like a man or a woman, people (^) are calling them "she".

damn i was looking forward to the trans characters arc. sad to see that every website i look at / comments about this character refer to him as a she.
