maybe i'm speaking bullshit, but let's see the title by parts:

義風堂々! - Gifuu Doudou!

義 - (gi) honor, righteousness, morality
風 - (fuu) swing, wave, behavior
堂々 - (doudou) magnificent, grand, majestic

judging from that, i'd say "gifuu doudou" means "majestic righteous swing".

however, the narrator says right before the OP that "(gi) truly means "for one to live beautifully". so i'm not sure about that
