| Walking around Akari came across the park. "Such a quiet town compared to all the others I've been in." She whispered to herself as she sat down at a nearby bench. |
| Jack walked through the park silently. He needed to hold it down, to keep it under control, but he hadn't killed anyone in so long and the Ripper in him was starting to get restless. It was clearly evident on his face that he was in pain or struggling with something. He sat down on a bench by himself, leaning forward and putting his face in his hands. He needed to control this. |

| After sitting there on the bench for awhile She noticed someone had walked into the park and sat on another bench across the park. Not caring who it was she got up and started to walk away. |
| Jack noticed some movement out of the corner of his eyes. At further glance, it was a young girl. "Damn it... Why do you have to be here now...?" He growled out to himself. His eyes starting to glow red. "Hurry up and leave damn it..." |

| As Akari slowly walked away she could sense something off. She stopped for a second and looked over her shoulder at the guy that had sat down on the bench across the park. "Looks like i'm not the only one around that isn't human." She whispered to herself as she stared at him. |
| Jack felt eyes on him. Looking up slightly he could see the same girl standing still and simply staring at him. "Idiot..." He muttered. The red color in his eyes started to glow more intensely now. He knew he'd lose control soon, and if there was anyone near him when he did... He didn't want to think about what he'd do to them. |

| Looking at his red eyes she didn't move. "Looks like this town isn't so quiet as I thought it was going to be. Well this looks like it will be fun." She said sarcastically as she continued to watch him. |
| I'm sorry... Jack thought as the red glow intensified. He no longer looked to be in pain and was actually grinning. He stood up suddenly and started to approach the girl that had been staring at him, continuing to wear a sadistic grin and the glasses he wore dropped to the ground as he approached her slowly. |

| Standing there she waited for him to get to her. She studied his every move waiting for something to happen. "Better be careful...." she whispered to herself. |
| Without warning, he reached into his jacket and pulled out a peculiar looking knife before speeding towards her with the same sadistic grin. His speed was easily superhuman and the knife he used was obviously not ordinary. |

| As he picked up speed she could tell he was anything but human but her demon vision was able to keep up even in the dark. She tried to get a look at the weapon he held but she couldn't get a good view till he got close to her. Waiting till the last second she teleported up into a nearby tree. |
| Before Jack could slash her, she disappeared. He bore a confused face as he looked around. "Aw, did my toy run away...? That hasn't happened in a while..." He said with a fake pouting face. He then looked up into a tree. "My my, you're a fast one. Come now, don't run away. It won't hurt... much." He told her, regaining his grin. |

| "Sounds like a game to me." She smiled letting her mischievous side take control. She stayed there waiting for his next attack ready to move at any moment. "This toy doesn't like to be broken, but she does enjoy playing with you." She grinned provoking him. |

| "Oh, I won't break you for a while, fear not." Jack teased her with a maniacal grin. "But, I am interested in how your blood looks. Do be so kind as to allow me to see it." He chuckled softly before speeding towards her once more, slashing at her with the knife. If she were to move he would slice off the branch she was on. |

| Teleporting again she apeared on the bench she started on. "Looks like someone isn't very good at this game." She looked at him. "So how long are we going to play?" |
| The branch easily split in half at the touch of the knife. "Oh, until the other me takes control again." Jack answered grinning. "But, if you can't keep up that little trick forever then I'm afraid this is it for you." He said with a mock sympathetic expression. |

| "Do you not like me little disappearing and reappearing act?" She asked smmirking as she appears o the childrens play set. " I rather enjoy it." She teleported around the park disPpearing then reappearing in different places. |
| "Oh, no. I love it when my toys try to evade me. It's so cute." Jack said smirking ferociously as he watched her reappear. When she'd stop then he'd get her. |

| "Are you coming to play?" She asked as she paused for a second waiting for him to come up for an attack. She yawned quietly bored of teleporting around. |
| By the time she stopped Jack was already speeding towards her again, much faster than he had before. He still had the same red glow in his eyes though it appeared to be a bit dimmer. |
|
| Not having enough time to teleport away she shift to the right feeling the him past by her. Losing balence she nearly fell catching her balence she felt something dripping down her arm. Looking down at her left arm there was a small cut. "Looks like you're getting better." |
| "Oh, no my dear. You misunderstand. I was always this fast. I don't go all out on my toys." Jack said approaching her slowly looking at the blood on the knife. "Though, you blood does have a beautiful color. I think I'd like to have some more of it." |

| "It's been awhile since i've someone this fast. Glad you like my blood but I like it all to myself. It's one of the few things I don't like to share." She started to use her regeneration power but it was slower than usual. Not really caring about the small cut anymore she turned her attention back to him watch his movement again. |
| "Now, don't be greedy... Share some of..." Jack paused before he finished, freezing and resembling a statue, until he suddenly grabbed his head again with a pained expression. The red glow in his eyes was starting to fade. |

| Noticing a slight change him she decided to continue talking instead of attacking but kept her guard up. "Sorry but like I said it's one of the things I don't like to share. You're just a little out of luck." Akari walked toward him slowly and carefully ready to move away at any moment. |
| "Get away!" Jack shouted at her, however in a tone more of desperation than bloodlust. "Stay the hell away from me..." He warned her again. He still had a pained expression however he still gripped the knife tightly. |

| "I don't plan on going anywhere, and I don't take order from anyone eithier." Akari walk closer still being careful. She looked at him, seeing that he was in pain she didn't want to attack but she wasn't going to leave him there. She stopped and stood infront of him watching and waiting. |
| "It's for your own damn good... I said get away!" Jack shouted at her again, swinging the knife at her lethargically. However in state even a mere human could evade or stop the swing by grabbing his arm. |

| Taking a step back she avoid the swing of the knife. "I think I'll decide whats for my own good, considering it is my well being. As for you on the other hand you don't so good yourself." She walked in a cirle around him observing him. |
| Jack swung the knife around as lethargically as he did before, stumbling slightly as well. "You don't understand... You'll die... Don't you understand that?!" He questioned her. |

| "I've faced death a couple of times already what difference does it make if I face it again? I mean its not like there are people on this earth to notice i'm gone. To be honest it wouldn't matter to anyone if i'm dead or alive." She replied as she dodged again. "Besides theres always an after life to explore." She said not being the least bit serious. |
| "You're bullshitting... How can someone not care if they die?!" Jack questioned continuing to swing before he seemed to calm down slightly. He let his hand drop from his face as he calmly walked to retrieve his glasses. "You're not normal, are you?" |

| She dodged a few more times till he stopped. She began to laugh a little quietly. "Do I appear normal to you? Cause if I do then we've got a problem here. Glad to see you've calmed down a bit." She stood there watching him. |
| "I... apologize." Jack said, much more calmly now. "I wasn't trying to hurt you. Old habits die hard I suppose you could say." He told her tucking the knife away in his jacket pocket. |

| "Don't worry yourself over it, I wasn't really injured. Better me then someone else that knows nothing of the paranormal world." She stretched her arms a bit and looked up at the sky. |
| "Still... I don't want to be like that anymore." Jack commented. "But how exactly did you get involved in this kind of stuff?" |

| "Thats a long story, but to make it short when you're on your own for your whole life you run in to a ton of things, some worse than others. As for getting out of it I'm pretty sure thats impossible but there are ways to make it less difficult." |
| "I see... I suppose I can understand that Miss." Jack said, sighing softly. "Still, don't be so reckless. Even if you don't care if you die. I do. I don't want to kill anyone else, especially like that." He told her. |

| "Never planned on dying, just snapping you back to what seems to be your normal self." She turned away and started to walk away but stopped to say one last thing. "By the way try not to change pesonalities in a public place like this next time. If you do you could really hurt someone." She said as she began to walk away slowly. |
| "It's not that simple. I don't have control over it. I try, but it proves futile usually." Jack muttered to her. "The Ripper doesn't much care for what I want." He said sighing as he headed out of the park as well. |

| "Maybe a new point of view may help. You'll learn to control it when you really need to." Akari called out notbothering to stop and turn around. |
| "It's never happened before, but thanks for your optimism, Miss." Jack called back as he finally exited the park. |

| She teleported off disappearing in the blink of an eye off to somewhere randomly in the town. |
| Kin, with flute in hand, walks into the park, sits down on a bench, and begins to push the flute's keys down in silence. |
