| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Overall this series was pretty good , episode 15 - 26 was borrowing materials from the manga , but it just they didnt follow it completely . Still , the ending was satisfying :) I really hope there will be a producer make a season 3 @ saiyuki reload blast , where the continuation goes on shangri-la already ^^ (since the manga is still ongoing , I may predict it will be animated once it has been completed) Love saiyuki , definitely one of my favorite-anime-series :) |

| what an unbelievably heart-wrenching finale. Glad that Hazel showed some regret for everything he's done in the end after he realized he was a monster and he was taking lives of monsters while he was the biggest monster himself. Good thing that they made graves for them, but man i cant believe how much sad it made me feel :( that was definitely a twist in terms of emotions in those 2 final episodes. Was worth watching it for those 2 episodes. Even Lirin cried T_T Also i always knew that Sanzo thinks the same whether you are demon or human but he proves it more in this episode. Great guy Sanzo very tsun tho :L BUt yeah those 2 final episodes definitely made the anime worth to watch and made it very good so i'll give it an 8. I'm really sad that after 101 episodes we are still far from our destination, destination that could've been reached in 25 episodes. But thats how it goes at least we saw a lot of interesting episodes, world-building and such. Gotta rate it for what is worth. Gonna miss that Opening and ED but mostly the OP. |
