| Principal: Clair Reid (Also combat teacher) |
| Claire sat at her desk doing paperwork. |
| "Huh?" Clair said, surprised. "Josef? He isn't inside?" |
| "Oh no." Clair got up hurriedly and passed out the door. "I told him to be inside!" |
| Still carrying Josef, Clair returned to her office, where there was a bed in the corner which she laid Josef down on. "This should not have happened." |
| "He never told you what? Surely you knew he was a werewolf." |
| "He didn't think he would because he's always been inside before. The change only happens when he's in the path of the moon. Indoors he isn't." |
| "I'm sure he will go in the future." |
| Clair glanced at Josef, lying asleep in wolf form on the bed. "He'll stay asleep for the rest of the night, but he won't transform back until he wakes up." |
| "No not at all. Feel free to." |
| His ear twitched slightly when she sat down. |
| "It's strange he wouldn't have even thought to stay inside tonight, just in case." |
| "Lucas did? I thought the two were avoiding each other." |
| "I see. Has that improved his mood at all?" |
| "What?! Where is he?! Is he all right?!" |
| "I see...that boy is a danger to himself." Clair said worriedly. |
| "He's a stubborn boy. Unfortunately he learns by trial and error. By the sounds of it, his 'trial' tonight was a very large error." |
| "The best thing you can do is be normal. Not ask him how he is or if he needs to talk. He needs normalcy, not sympathy. It's a mistake many make to try and offer the latter. They mean well but it only makes the situation worse." |
| "Good, I'm sure that will help." |
| "That may be a long time to wait." |
| "Not all of us do." Clair said, glancing at Josef. |
| "Better had, or it will haunt him for the rest of his life." Clair said. She stood up. "I'm going to quickly check on Lucas. You wait with him." |
| Clair got up and left, heading towards the boys' dorm. |
| Slowly Josef opened one eye, even though Clair said he would still be asleep. |
| His nose twitched and he growled slightly. |
| Slowly his growl faded and he looked up at Gwen, still disorientated. |
