| I posted this on Gurren main discussion, board, but I wanted to discuss with fellow club members. You know there will be Gurren Lagann video games coming out in the near future, a DS being the first Gurren Lagann VG comign out next month. But the question is, what kind of game would you like? What would be your dream Gurren Lagann game? Mine would be a 3d Mech Fighting game with RPG/strategy elements. You select your squad of Gunmen and have turn based strategy combat. When you are close in for hand to hand combat, it will turn into a 3d fighting game between Gunmen, sorta like Tech Romancer from Capcom. The ability to level up and customize your Gunmen, could lead to all possibilities. There should also be a create your own gunmen, character, and start out living in an underground town, and you have to get out and fight beastmen as humans, until you finally are able to steal gunmen and have a squad of gunmen to meet up with the Gurren Brigade and help out Simon, Kamina, and crew. That would be fun. |

Hey, you look familiar. : P But Yeah, Virtual on controls are perfect. I remember when Virtual On first hit the arcade around my high school. | Hahaha, I'm a broken record when it comes to repeat threads. 'OH YOU DIDNT HEAR ME THE FIRST TIME, SO IM GONNA POST AGAIN' kind of person Hell yeah!!!!! God, I miss the arcade that we used to have here when I was in HS too. I mean, the console games are fun and all, but COME ON~ the cabinet was so much rock. you'd be like, swinging your entire body around as if you were really in a mech and yelling so loud that the entire arcade would be like "wtf; crazy ho." or at least, thats how it was for me. hahahahahah ...IF ONLY GL WAS OUT back then. I would have totally been yelling spin on like some retarded highschooler playing video games. those were the days. |

| Mines would be an MMO with Gunmen XD. But you start of as a human and get your own Gunmen and go onto bigger ones. Size restrictions depending on area though... eg. if you stay on Earth max size is like Arc-Gurren Lagann or Teppelin. If you fly to space you can get pure massive like Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, but minimum of Arc-Gurren-Lagann. That way they dont have to make pure MASSIVE sized models for it. That'd be ridiculous and it'd be way too big. Thinking of it...Arc-Gurren-Lagann would be a speck to Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann actually x_x so maybe a different stage-type again with that. XD And instead of it pure 1 on 1 or whatever, you can have TUNS of others in the same, so a massive area to go with the 3D Fightign style. That way it can be an all out war. 3D fighter type definetly, but the kind of like DragonBall Z: Budokai Tenkaichi or the Gundam SEED: OMNI vs. ZAFT games. That'd be amazing. |

| Perhaps a katamari damacy (sp) type game. In which you keep getting bigger and bigger depending on how many other mechs you 'absorb' as it were. Would love a RPG Gurren Lagann game. That based on the current story we see but slightly extended to fit within an RPG's game length. Would be nice to freely roam that world in gurren lagann. |

You will die at the end of the episode." But seriously, a Gurren-Lagann RPG would be more than epic. And btw, I played a little of the DS game... it was kinda boring. (Maybe I should play more & learn more japanese. :P) |
| The big thing going for the DS game is that it's Gurren Lagann, you can mess as Lagann, Gurren Lagann etc. and it's Gurren Lagann. ^^ |
