It's kinda funny... I remember playing Final Fantasy XI years ago, spending buttloads of money just to get my craftskills up. It got to the point where even if you failed at making an item, you would gain some skill. In many cases, that's even better than crafting a high level item with no skill gain.

As I said before, practice doesn't make perfect, but it does make you better than awhile ago.

Today's cake pops, even though still tasty, failed. Marshmallows didn't attatch, I burned my first batch of white chocolate icing, and added too much blue so icing is off. Sometimes fail happens.

The outcome though is that I experienced making something new. Even if it's not what I expected, it's still a start. Room for improvement, knowing what to expect, and knowing what not to do next time. Now that you know what could have went wrong, It's the first part to doing it right on the next try.

So this time I can't give out Super Mushroom cake pops to friends and family. Just got to think of a plan B now, right?
