It's good that Mariko got over the pickpocketing thrills, nothing good would have come of it in the long term after all. And Umibozu had his weak point exploited by Ryou, but he got really lucky with Mariko falling for him, he is just not used to having a girl around. lol

Another nice episode. Mariko was a cool character, and it's a shame we never saw her final attempt at the stealing from Ryo challenge. Umibozu showing up is always a treat and he didn't disappoint, as usual.

Is it just me or was the animation was a bit clunkier than usual?

Mariko should've got Mr Popo to train her if she wants to move without making the bells ring.

Anyway, another very dumb low-stakes episode with lots of Ryo being a creep. Clearly the show isn't meant to build up to anything but there was a really good rhythm in the middle where Ryo was mostly not sexually assaulting anyone and the scenarios were serious enough to be interesting. Now toward the end its like the shitty JoJo episodes where they play rock paper scissors or try and trick the guy into not leaving the power pylon or whatever. Not ever episode has to be about catching your friend's murderer but a long run of pointless junk is quite boring.
