Scheming, destructive, promiscuous, jealous of other happiness. Chiharu can't go back to who she was before she had countless of meaningless physical r/s with older people. I absolutely agree she is trying to destroy the MC, possibly out of a twisted form of love. We see the very first sign when she gets braces, but my guess is that it started as desperate revenge sex with Aoyama since Tanishi was caught with her friend, and she just sort of spiraled down, every action only making things worse. She was probably happy to follow Aoyama since he was the first to show her attention. She clearly seems to see herself as the better person. I only hope for the worst for her now, with a bit of pity. But mostly the worst.
