Arr, I decided to create this topic to display pictures of fish snek, from now on. It will also comprise next Akiti of Dumuzi's picks ! From left to right, up and down: Dried Anchovys from Pacific Ocean, Smoked tentacles of dried Squids, Dried Tiger tooth croakers (Otholites Ruber), Piquant Shrimps Smoked squid put aside, Otholites Ruber caught first my interest: it's a tropical fish I've never tasted, mostly present on Indian Ocean :D |

Here I took a bite in it, so plastic pearl is a bit damaged. I found it not unlike a charm within a flat cake. It isn't February, yet. I actually keep it in a little case inside my chest, so it couldn't be confused with regular rubbish. That said apart, tonight I'm going to taste these dried tropical fish you sent me. Along with a new beer I bought today :D |

 Dude, I'm ecstatic =) Otholites Ruber is as tough as it's scrumptious ! I mean anchovy is nice, but it can't live up to that savory fish from Indian Ocean ! If Vobla tastes likewise, sign me in !! |

 From 21st of June 2013, Fish Snek Day. The dried bream was nice, a tad subdued in taste. The first beer I drank, the german weissbeir seen at the right of pic somewhat washed it out. Better take time to savor it before having a gulp. I didn't expected much, as I know this fish not exactly the rolls royce of fish. Well, the dried squid is a classic. It cannot miss. I chose the other drink to come with it, the Philomenn. A fortunate choice, as this wheat beer has very powerful hint of cereals. Coupling it with bream would have litteraly killed the discreet mouthfuls of this snack. |
