Xam'd: Lost Memories....I watched 2 episodes...Bones always has AMAZING animation quality but the story never catches my attention....(Darker than Black, Jyu oh sei, and Eureka 7) >__> I personally don't care about any of the characters so far... | Lots of Mecha shows huh? I agree, about your comment about Bones. They make everything look uber sexy. You should try something new and random. Since you don't like romance, there goes like 40% of everything i've ever seen. artistic: have you seen ef - a Tale of Memories? The art and stylistic direction in that show is AMAZING. Plus the second season is coming out next month. The story is a bit lacking since they focus on the style and art TOO much. Also you may want to try Gankutsuou. Once again, the art direction is out of this world. I would consider as a modern classic. For anime about otaku life, you should check out: Welcome to the N.H.K. <-hillarious Genshiken <-you probably already watched Slice of life anime you might like, since you like honey and clover. Azumanga <-you don't seem to like it, although I enjoyed it very much so. Nodame <-FINISH IT. I COMMAND YOU. Aria <- cause its the shit. Stress relieving show. Random shows: GTO: WTF! You havent seen GTO?! shame on YOUU. Hayate the Combat Butler: andy is watching now, i'll finish the show later when im less busay. Seto no Hanayome <-hillarious, one of the best shows from last year. Saikano <-you WILL cry. If you don't cry, you don't have a soul. Thats about all the recs i can make for now. I'm not too sure what your style or taste is YET. We'll have to see in the days to come. OH. You don't even know what the defenition of TRUE LOLI POWER is until you watch Kodomo no Jikan. | I just found one I like....Kaiba!!!!....The OP&ED are godly...it makes me want to cry... I like a lot of random..weird shows....that are not popular.... For me..animation quality is not THAT important... In order of importance: Character>Story>Animation>Character designs>Seiyuu ef-a Tale of Memories...I remember I played the trial version (Chinese subbed)...it seems a lot of ppl dont like the anime version though....PLUS that is romance...~! Gankutsuou..? I watched 1 episode and that was odd...the main dude is so whiney...I DETEST whiney characters... I think I will watch Aria...= = Do you have them on ur computer??I dont feel like downloading both seasons... Welcome to NHK...>__>... Genshiken...<___<....I just need to watch that Yaoi episode... Azumanga...Maybe I will finish reading the manga...MAYBE... Nodame...I will finish the Drama version...lol...Drama>Anime this time...Chiaki senpai is hotter in real life....(the character design for the anime/manga is quiet unbearable.....after u watched the drama... | I whole heartedly agree with your sentiments. Character=Story>Animation=Character designs>Voice acting=music Something like that. I have Aria on my computer, i'll put them on a hadrdrive and you can watch it when you want to. I'm not very far myself. Shows that make me overly happy....well, i just cant watch too many feel good anime in one sitting. And wow, hyping Kaiba? Maybe i should watch later as well. FINISH SPICE AND WOLF. If only for the educational value. I learned more about microeconomics in that show than i've learned so far in Mr. Burds class. Leave it to anime to teach you about life. ^-^ |
