confusing/contradictory

okay, so i am confuseeddd.
i thought maria started crossdressing since highschool or something, not since birth...
that one episode with the flashbacks, maria was still maria. he had the memory not his sister...he even had long hair back then! you can tell it's him if you look at the mole under his left eye.[mirror]
so strange..D:
anyone else notice this?
