| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This was a touching episode. So finally Ran Shuuei leaves the emperor to serve his clan. And what's the emperor gonna do to bring him back? And someone fill me in on the details of that assassination case? I am very very confused by the plot except the outline that is death-row prisoners used as assassins to kill Jyuusan-hime. And the tiny details here and there.. (like Shouka-sama suddenly appearing out of nowhere to 'save' Shusui and Seiga's actions of almost raping (!?) Shuurei in the carriage.. I don't get it.. @_@) Is this show still airing by the way? And the manga doesn't seem to have made any progress at all. (I'm still at chapter 20 v5) |

| the manga is waaay behind (but either way, i didn't even know they got up to a fifth volume. can you tell me where you found that?) the original version is the novel, which is still ahead of the anime. but yeah... so sad... but i don't know if ryuuki should be going to Ran province just to get him... is that really what the emperor should be doing? oh well... |

| What an intense first half of the episode!! So the reason why Shun keeps saying Shuurei looked like the lover she had from prison is because it was actually Jyuusan-hime! So his previous name is Jin Shiba who's from the Shiba family. He called Jyuusan-hime "Hotaru" which is firefly in Japanese. The fight was intense!! Between Shuuei and Jin! Damn i thought Jyuusan-hime was going to be killed! I knew that assassins was Shusui! She's been acting strange lately and her hair matches her! Glad Ensei was there in time or else Jyuusan-hime would have been dead. Damn when Shouka appeared out of nowhere and the music starts my skin went crawling out of nowhere O___O Finally the Shouka as Kokurou appears! Though it seems Jin has another plan to save Shusui and the others. He's just buying time. Still Shusui was actually controlled since birth?!?! By who!?! So Shuuei finally decides to leave the Ryuuki once and for all. It seems Ryuuki has gotten stronger, but Shuuei is obviously holding back. Still how will Ryuuki get back Shuuei?? At least Kouyuu is there. Ryuuki really misses Shuuei, it's gonna be interesting how he can pull him back. Then again i think this is better just to make it dramatic. Sometimes you just can't get what you want no matter how hard you try. I can't wait for the next episode! There's only 7 episodes left T___T |
