| Name: Cho Age: 18 Group: Member Personality: Naive, but strong-willed and outspoken. She is easily frightened by men and timid around people she likes. Her personality traits usually contradict each other. She tries to have a lot of belief in herself and others. Bio: Born and raised in Circean, she has always assumed that the mountains were the best place to be. Her father, though, thought differently, and wanted to take her and her mother away to show them how beautiful the world can be. Once getting past the colonies borders, her parents were consumed by a vicious disease and died on the spot. She was found by Red Ink, who heard of their escape, and asked if she'd like to carry on in her journey or return to the colony. She returned and was cared by the people of Red Ink, who let her join after realizing she also had 'powers'. Special Abilities: On her left arm is a tattoo of a long, beautiful sword. At any time she can pull it out through her wrist. When it's out the tattoo disappears. The sword can block attacks of most sources and can cut threw most things. She can hear very far. Image: Name: Lip Age: 19 Group: Member Personality: He is fierce, rude, and sarcastic, yet a sort of protector of fellow members and citizens. He loves girls unless they're whiny or clingy. Bio: Knowing the establishment of Circean, he is one of the top people of Red Ink. His background is unknown, except that he was once chased by the demons for committing an evil deed. This was actually a misunderstanding. The Devil had so much dislike for Lip, that he sent out demons to take Lip's life, but he was saved by a mysterious being who he is always looking for. Special Abilities: His shadows can move on their own, wrapping around people's bodies and weapons. These shadows can form into weapons, and can drain energy, but can not block attacks. **If these shadows are wrapped around a normal humans body (someone without powers), he can make them burst into dust (uses this to make a dead body disappear). Image: Name- Green Age- 19 Group- Anti-member Personality- Acts sweet and innocent, but is actually a cold-hearted person. Always being alone, he has no trust in others and has a lot of hate. Bio- Grew up far into the mountains, so he was never around much people as he got older. His mom was nicknamed 'Mother Nature', and when she died her abilities where given to him. He sleeps in an outdoor temple, and cares for the forest life. Special Abilities- The print on his chest allows him to manipulate plants, trees, and vines. | Name - Unknown Code Name - Wanderer Age - ??? Group - anti-member Personality - Enigmatic. Sometimes she aids the red ink while other times she hinders or even kills members. Bio - Currently unknown. Considered an anti-member for classification purposes, although it's obvious this girl is a free agent. She is known as Wanderer because of her wandering nature. This is her 4th time coming back so far. Special Abilities - Only theory can explain Wanderer's most potent abilities. However, she seems to be the only one who can lift that enormous poleaxe of hers. She can swing it at amazing speed as well. (She can manipulate space in a way that is invisible to the naked eye. Bullets end up being warped behind the shooter, for example.) Image - She has ash blonde hair and piercing golden eyes. Her cloak is as black as the night sky itself. Her skin is a dark tan. | Name: Dante Age: 19 Group: Member Personality: calm and always in control of his emotions, comes across as nice but is willing to use anything at his disposal to carry out his goals. Bio: His parents were some of the original members of red ink causing him to join because of the simple fact his family were already involved and it seemed like the logical choice at the time. One of the higher members of the group but also one of the younger high ranking members some people call him a genius and a prodigy while others refuse to show him respect with them hating having somebody younger than them being in a higher position. His power is well known throughout the members and non members who are not on the same side as him have been issued an order to flee on sight if they want to live. Special abilities – his power is mysterious from the simple fact that it is extremely hard to see it only looks like the air and world are bending to his desires. (Telekinesis) Image: Civilian's don't know about powers or Red Ink. Fixed. Name: Tenshi Age: 18 Group: Member Personality: calm and always in control of his emotions, comes across as nice but is willing to use anything at his disposal to carry out his goals. Bio: most of his history is the same as his elder brothers who is called Dante they are almost the same in everything they do with Tenshi being more of a killer at times than his elder brother. He is also a higher ranking member but still gets a long with a lot of the lower ranking members this is because he doesn’t come across as somebody that is using people as pawns in many ways he is more manipulative than his elder brother and a lot more evil. His power has earned him the name as the dark reaper; this is because wherever he goes death normally follows behind him. Special abilities – The name of his power isn’t really known but people have got different opinions and names for his power, some say its death and others say it is some sort of time related power. This is because anything his power touches ages and dies if that object or person means him harm Image: Be careful with these abilities. It can lead to god-modding and killing. Name: Kira Age: 18 Group: Member Personality: much more outgoing than her two brothers and is always looking to have fun, she is more caring and likes to help people without asking for anything in return. Bio: most of her past is the same as her two brothers. Once again among some of the higher members but this isn’t because she wanted to be it is more because of her power and her two brothers. She is the twin of Tenshi and is extremely close to him so close in fact that some people believe they are lovers this hasn’t been proven or disproven yet. She is the only person that Tenshi or Dante will go out of their way to protect because of this she can normally get them to help out other people as well since they will generally do what she asks. Special abilities – The ability to generate solar energy from her body. Image: Name: Kai Age: 19 Group: Anti - Member Personality: full of hate and anger, can come across as cold but is just driven to free the people. Bio: he is the cousin of Dante and the others but his family was left for dead following a fight with some of the members of Red Ink. Although his family was only caught in the cross fire he had to watch them be slaughtered this left a deep scar in his soul and caused the hatred inside of him to be born because of the attack he wants to kill every member of the Red Ink and is continually searching for them every day. He is different from the other people he is normally with since he doesn’t go out to just free the people but also to kill the members of Red Ink although some members don’t like this it doesn’t change the fact that he gets the job done and that it is a war. He is fairly close to Tenshi and the others when they see each other since he doesn’t know they are members of Red Ink and they don’t know he is an Anti – member this is because he only knows the codenames that they have been given and is trying to track them down each time being a few steps behind and coming across another massacre each time. | Name-Evangeline McDowell Age-17 Group-Member Personality-Mostly evil but can be nice at times and she hardly talk. Bio-Evangeline McDowell was born with to diffrent color eyes and she was born with a really white skin. when she was small everyone uses to say mean things to her b/cuz of her color eyes. So she ended up covering her right eye from everyone and her self and she lear how to stop caring about everything else.She started saying rarely says much to anyone, and anything she says tends to lean towards being evil. She does have a softer side, that is rarely shown and She is also easily bored when times are peaceful. Evangeline is call Eva by her friends and family and people say that her favorite color is white b/cuz that is the color of all her dresses she uses. He kept it hidden so he wouldn't become the center of attention. When he was 16 his parents were caught in an armed engagement between red ink and white river, his parents were killed by red ink. | Name- Kensai Age-19 Group- Member Personality- He is calm, collected, patient, and confident in his abilities.He is rarely rash Bio- He and his sister Iya were born inside of Circean. He feels the the Red Ink's philosophies are positive and necessary for the safety of the citizens. He is protective of his sister Iya, when she is in danger he loses his cool and will go berserk on anyone who tries to do her harm. He has a tattoo on his left arm matching the one on his sisters right arm. Codename: Guardian Special Abilities- His ability is to send energy through his katana, increasing his ability to cut through solid objects, though he cannot cut through all substances. This is all done by speeding up his molecules causing a rise in temperature Image- ____________________________________________________________________ Name- Iya Age- 17 Group- Member Personality- Iya is shy, caring, and is willing to help anyone who is in trouble but has a hard time voicing her own opinions. Bio- Iya is Kensai's younger sister. She is very close to her older brother and is often seen with her brother but she often spends time with her friends when he is not around. She was held hostage as a child by a criminal, and was rescued by a Member of Red Ink and has devoted herself to helping them with their goals since. She has a tattoo on her right arm matching the one on her brothers left. Codename: Cleric Special Abilities- Her special ability is to form temporary shields to protect those traveling with her though they will break when hit enough times. However when she sees someone younger than her she will often become kind and to some extent appologetic. Bio- Kyuutai had an awful child hood. Her parents were murdered in the mountains, and she was captured by a unidentifiable group outside of the border where she was forced to do work for them, tending to kill of Red Ink members. She learned how to kill people from their mentor with in the group, Satsu. She has since escaped after destroying the group that held her hostage for 14 years. She returned to the city and found Red Ink to be overbearing and has since sided with White River. She will do any job no matter how dirty. Codename: Scattered Blade Special Abilities- She uses a red orb hold blades which scatter over a small field which she can use to fight against an opponent. Image- ___________________________________________________________________ Real Name: Classified Alias: Satsu Age: 37 Group: Anti-Member Personality: Satsu is more or less neutral in all conflicts, siding with the side that best suits his intrests at the time. He can seem cold and distant when in fact he is very kind to those that he cares for. Bio: He is Kyuutai's predecessor and mentor. He taught her everything from basic common knowledge all the way on how to kill someone. He was captured just as Kyuutai had but he had earned his freedom, however he had no home to return to so he stayed with the unidentified group. He carries a flame for Kyuutai, he aided in her escape all unknown to her and is always watching over her at all times. Power: He can shroud himself in darkness making visibility limited for the person he is fighting. It only last a a short time so he has to hurry the fights up quickly. He carries daggers in his coat. | Name- Wyatt Age- 38 Group- (Member, anti-member, citizen): Member Personality- Straightforward, and dosen't really care most of the time of what happens Bio- He has participated in a fair amount of battles, usually most of the time the squad has casualties, other than that there aren't alot of important things that happened back at his time Special Abilities-Uses an LMG, he also wears a heavy kevlar vest, he has some physical abilities too. Image- Its really annoying how everyone wants there character to be the main char in every single rp and how they give them overpowered things, and it's also annoying how everyone uses swords in a modern time based rp. -There's really no main character in an rp. Even if characters are made to be main, it all depends on how much you post in the forums. I really hate god-modding, too, which is why I try to stop it. I really haven't seen any of it yet in the character creation, but if you see something you don't agree with, feel free to comment my profile and I'll try to fix the problem. Also, if swords can be used in modern day anime, why is it bad in rp, which is a made up world? Anyways, Approved. |

Is a good actress and can blend into any situation as well as hide her true emotions. She may seem kind-hearted at times, but truly she is a sadistic, psychotic killer. Bio- Was an only child and orphaned at a young age, to survive she became a child mercenary after her powers awoke. other than that nothing else is important. Special abilities- She can attack and possess people with her singing voice(like her namesake) and she keeps a fan sword on her back for emergencies. Royalty and various others used him as a killing machine. Fed up, he brutally assaulted his last ownerbefore finally killing him with his poison touch and running away when he was nine. After running, he came upon the left behind bundle containing baby Ayla. He took care of her until she was a toddler then left, but still took care of her from behind the scenes. Ayla does not know of his impact on her life even though they are best friends. Not long after joining Red Ink, he was on a mission when he spotted a badly injured criminal. He helped heal him and that same criminal was responsible for a later attack against Red Ink that injuredmany members. Before being full dispatched, the criminal blurted out that Kieren was responsible for his revival. Ever since then, Kieren has been in hot water and on shaky ground with the Red Ink higher ups. Note: the poison in his body make hims himi immune to any outside poison, but he is still physically injurable. | Name- Eliza Abstruse Age- 20 Group- Member Personality- She is bold and strong, doesn’t second guess herself, She comes off as rude a lot,she isn't above using people (even members and civilians) to get what she wants, she is happiest while fighting, she isn’t sacred to kill people to do the right thing, she cares about what people think more then she lets on. She would die for the people she cares about. Bio- She was found on the streets when she was four and brought up by a rich family. Her adopted mother and father could not have any children so she was an only child, and her family was very close and loving. When she was eight her father got sick and died and it left her mother heartbroken, because of that her mother almost never does anything or leaves her house. Eliza spends most of her time, when not working for Red Ink, trying to make her mother happy again. All the while hiding from her mother the fact she has powers and the fact that she is petrified of just the thought of getting diseases, because she doesn’t want her mother to see her weaknesses. However the more she tries to keep her mother in the dark the more of what’s left of her family falls apart. Special Abilities- She is able to make a person do what she wants without them knowing that it isn’t them who wants them to do it but her. The person thinks that they are the one who wants to do it; they will do it as if it was their own thought, and they won’t question it. She can only do it while touching them; she doesn’t have to say it out loud. However she prefers not to use her power, because it takes away people rights to make their own decision, she will only uses it in emergencies. Sometimes she can hear peoples real thoughts and feelings. She fights with daggers. He loves to really enjoy the little unimportant parts of living. He believes that everyone should have a chance to live the way they want to. Bio- No one knows who his real parents are except for him, because whenever anyone asks he always changes who they are. As far as anyone knows he has always been a street kid. Him and fie have been friends for the last 10 years. Whenever he runs into members he just gets into a chase with them and acts like it’s a game. Special Abilities- He can phase his body through any material, but only if it isn’t moving, also he can’t phase through people. Women find him very attractive but he doesn’t like whinny childish women. He is only an anti-member because they allow him to almost live normally even with his powers. He kind of comes of as a jackass. Bio- Fie grew up with two older brothers, and is part of a very wealthy and powerful family, because of that his family very paid him any attention unless they wanted something from him. So he left when he turned seventeen and meet Aaron. They have been living together ever since (NOT GAY). Special Abilities- Fie has to power of Negation, which cancels out other peoples powers. His power only works while he is touching them or touching something they are also touch.(if their weapons are touching that counts) He uses a Katana while fighting. Image- Name- Kasey Devant Age- 29 Group- Member Personality- She can be very sweet at time, especially when talking to children. She is strong willed but only out of hatred. She dislikes most of the Anti-members because they help criminals and diseased people escape, thus hurting the innocent, her morals are very confused and don't always make sense. Bio- She was the born into a middle class family. She had two sisters and one brother. She went to school, and after she graduated she married her high school sweet heart. They had a daughter a year later. When she was 23 both her husband and daughter died because someone gave then a disease. She was devastated because for a middle class women family was all she had. She began to chase random diseased people and kill them without any affiliation with either group. That was when she meet Eliza who helped her put her like together, and convinced her to join the Red Ink. They have been working together for the last four years. Now she is wondering if she will ever be able to find someone to love again. Special Abilities- Kasey has Echolocation, which helps her navigate around quickly. She can see the world like you would if looking at blue prints. She also has the ability of Bone Manipulation, which allows her to move the bones in her own body; she uses her bones as weapons. | Name- Teresa Age - 16 Group - anti-member Personality - Clumsy, Optimistic, Hard-working, Mysterious, Fragile, and Loving Bio - She has been in Kaito's care ever since her family was slaughtered by the red ink, since they were marked as "diseased". In front of her very eyes, her little brother, her father, mother, and aunt had been slaughtered recklessly. Later, they found out it was a mistake, leaving her behind. Kaito then, her childhood friend, found her holding her brother's hand, and crying out she was sorry. After the incident, she was isolated by friends and family except Kaito. Kaito took care of her, never leaving her alone. His family then accepted her, and let her stay at their house. Kaito has always been extra careful to take care of her after an incident, that happened right after she had moved in with his family. She was in the street, and saw red ink take people away. They had refused to be moved, so red ink stabbed a person. Her heart thumped, her eyes wide open, and she blacked out. She awakened slowly, and saw the red ink people dead. Everyone one ran away from her. She stood paralyzed. Kaito stood as well, looking straight at her. She had been confused and scared. He then came over and said it was over. She had been called a monster, from everyone except Kaito. Special Abilities - Control Minds Image - Name - Kaito Age - 17 Group - anti-member Personality - Dark, Protective, Emotionless, and Caring Bio - He was raised in a good family, and was called a prodigy. He then met Teresa around the age of 7. He was mesmerized by her amazingly dazzling smile. The two had become very good friends, and even came to sleep over at each others houses. He one day runs over to her house to greet her, but finds her holding her dead brother's hand. Her smile was no longer as bright, no longer as sweet and innocent as it was. He then swore that he would destroy that horrible organization. Even though she protested, he would do it for her, because they had destroyed her smile that he loved so dearly. "I will become evil, so you won't have to", he always says to her. He had finally convinced his family to let her stay and he was overjoyed. He then went shopping with her, but when he went to look for her, they red ink people were fighting each other. She stood, blankly, with her eyes half open and yellow. They then killed each other and her eyes came back to normal. He then realized, that her power was uncontrollable when she sees death. | Name- Kit Hunter Age- 20 Group- citizen Personality- really light considering his world is dark (he's blind), he likes to smile. Innocent. He is kind to those who are kind to him and overlooks/ignores those who yell or push him around to feel like they are boss. He likes his independance but if put in an unfamiliar place is most likely to become panicked. Bio- (since he is the only citizen, I've decided to make him valuable, to keep on par with all your superpowers) Kit was born to parents who lived in a semi-poor district. One day at the age of 9, Kit fell very ill. His parents hid him away in the basement fearing the worst for their innocent little boy. The illness took his sight, but not his life. His parents told everyone there was an accident, that he had gotten into some bleach and other cleaner chemicals that were hidden in the kitchen making him sick with poison. When Kit recovered, he did not remember the last two weeks of his life and so believed the story his parents told. His parents thanked the heavens for they knew of no one who had survived the illness, either being claimed by the symptoms or the Red organization. It was not long after that incident that his parents had fallen ill as well, but it killed them. From then on, Kit lived in shelter homes though people were wary of him because he was there when his parents died (possible carrier by association) though after 5 years when he or those he lived with did not get sick did people begin to feel comfortable around the blind boy. At the age of 20 now, he sits in a wooden chair next to the fruit stall in the merchants place, leaning on his walking stick, listening to the dozens of conversations that went on around him daily. Kit had grown very accustomed to it and the people grew accustomed to him too. Little he or anyone else did know was that Kit could never be sick ever again. Its possible he is the cure.... APPROVED Name- Loki, real name: *classified* Age- 24 Group- member Personality- grumpy, lazy, gets irritated, thinks just about everything that takes the simplest amount of effort is troublesome and a pain but will do it because he is also a responsible and loyal person. Sleeps a lot of the time. Bio- Loki had no problem being a human, his mother stayed at home while his father was worked to death. He had a happy childhood til he started shifting form into a large dog. When his mom went to wake him up for school the night he first transformed and found a large sleeping canine in his bed. His mother screamed which woke him up and his father was ready to chase the beast out of his house. It took some effort but Loki changed back. His mother and father cried for they thought they lost their little boy to a ferocious canine. It was at that point he felt he needed to be taught his power by someone who could better understand him. So he left and joined Red Ink, they finished his education and helped him train in his transformation power which is the only reason he joined. As soon as his last assignment is completed he will have enough points to be discharged. He is currently on assignment to investigate the recent contact between a blind civilian and a suspected White River operative known as Yuu. He is undercover and anyone who jepordizes the mission will be in big trouble. (meaning shut your mouths red members.) Special Abilities- The ability to transform into a large dog. His transformation is quick, and can do so at will. He is indistinguishable from any other large dog of his breed, he is a dog with the conciousness of a human being (Anyone who does is godmodding and will be called out on it, know one knows of him. Others knowing of information that is not known by anyone else other than myself is considered godmodding, including thoughts and feelings NOT said in quotations!! That includes probing minds for no f**king reason, because you have a "feeling". to warn you now, those will be ignored.) *** This has not been discovered yet, but if he comes into contact with Dark matter, or Dark energy, while in human or canine form, he unwillingly tranforms into a monsterous canine creature, his mind lost to rabid animalistic instinct for several days till the dark matter wears off. He does not distinguish friend from foe and becomes very volitile and vicious, no hesitation. | Name- Mina Age- right now she is 4 Group- future member Personality- as a 4 year old she is innocent and curious about everything, she is very resiliant. Likes to wear the dresses her mother makes. Bio- At the age of three Mina was discovered to have the ability to make plants grow. Red Ink found out and decided to recruit her; But her parents pleaded to them to let her have her childhood, that when she is older and understands the world will she then be a member of their organization. Her parents, her mother a dress maker and her father a train conductor, held their collective breaths, hoping that Red Ink would not simply kill them and kidnap their daughter. Red Ink agreed with their terms, the last thing they wanted was another tragedy case in their midst or be known to the public as killers of innocent people. Besides, the child's power would need to be minstrated and nursed to its full potential which could take several years. Her power would be very life changing to the colony. No more food shortages, with her power the colony could have a nearly endless supply of anything edible that grows so long as she is alive. Special Abilities- Plant growth: at 4 years old her abilities right now are a slow growing sprout from seed, with more effort and time she could make it into a full grown plant, she cannot do trees. Special Abilities- Communing with the spirits as her people have always called it, her people believe everything has a spirit, but they also believe that spirits of past watch over them with all knowing eyes. She is able to commune with spirits through visions and spirit quests. Often does she also recieve premonitions, visions of things to pass. Her people believe those visions are messages or warnings and do not take them lightly. The Badger spirit which is who her grandmother Khavi has taken form in spirit is the spirit who visit her most often in her visions to still help her learn. | Name- Yukio Age- 18 Group- Anti Member Personality Cocky and brash. A bit of a loud mouth that never really takes things seriously and has a weakness for cute girls. He can be a bit lecherous at times. He loves music primarily the rock genre and almost always is dressed in some sort of band shirt. He has a proficiency to cook and loves to prepare his own food. He has a deep hatred for the members for they killed his parents. Bio- Yukio was an ordinary kid growing up in a fairly wealthy section of the colony. At age four his ability to manipulate wind was discovered when he was playing outside blowing the leaves up in the air. He was quickly found out by the Red Ink and they wanted to take him away. His parents refused and later that night they were killed. He in his rage killed the member without mercy and developed a deep hatred for them. The White River quickly found out the events that transpired and sought after him but didn't find him until age 12. By then he had been living on the streets and wasn't even aware of the huge fortune he had. He hadn't sought to reclaim it as he had feared for the Red Ink coming after him for what he did those long years ago. The White River made him an offer to join there group preying on his hatred for the Red Ink. He agreed whole to there terms as it allowed him for even more pay back and that he could finally claim his inheritance without being bothered by the Red Ink. He is now 18 years old and lives in an apartment by himself and is one of the top operatives in the White River. Special Abilities- Ability to manipulate wind Image- Approved |

Bio- He worked for a secret organization in which he often killed for profit in order to live. He was actually manipulated in order to actually working for Cerberus. (Yes I know its from a game) This caused him to hate manipulative people and attempt to kill anyone who tries to use him or anyone else. | Name- Alac River Age-19-22 Group- Anti-member Personality- Analytical, Sarcastic, Cold hearted, Calm, she gains pleasure from teasing people and being the cause their embarrassment. Hates fighting, see it as a waste of physical energy and time, she tends to trick or confuse people who stand in her way. Bio- Doesn't have any memories of her childhood (that’s why she doesn't know her age). She was taken in by White River when one of their members found her wondering around the city. She was raised believing that Red Ink is the cause of her memories loss, thus having little patience for any of their members. She has a strong connection to science and the natural world. One of her hobbies is searching for a cure and trying to discover the origins of the powers. Special Abilities- Her tattoo glows and for a short time she becomes hyper aware of her surroundings, also her thought process speeds up allowing her to make quick decisions. | [ Name ] Oasis [ Age ] 17 [ Group ] Member [ Personality ] Curiousity abounds within this young man, as he tends to wander the colony aimlessly with his twin brother, Enigma, in tow. The much stronger in terms of personality between the two, he tends to drag his quiet brother into unfortunate situations because of his recklessness and sense of adventure. Rather blunt and straight-forward, it’s a wonder to some that he and Enigma are even related. [ Bio ] The two remember different aspects of their past, as how they handled the incident leading up to their mother's death differently. Naturally, as the eldest and more "developed" (as his maturity level is questionable), Oasis remembers much more than Enigma does. He could remember as a ten year old, being the one that had to call the authorities and tell them that his mother was sick. Being an earnest young boy, he listened when his mother told him to call them, he had no idea what the consequences would have become. But, as time dragged on, her Phrase 1 disease hadn't receded and developed into a Phrase 3, meaning death was imminent. With this weighing heavily on his brother's shoulders, Oasis took it upon himself to make a difference and help those that were suffering from the plague. So, he and his brother joined the Red Ink. [ Special Abilities ] The fighter of the two, Oasis is a very agile individual that can deal heavy damage in a short amount of time with his quick jabs and kicks, but he can't quite take being hurt well. Not yet, his inexperience in fighting hindering him when it comes to defensive tactics. His style is more hit and run or dodge rather than getting hit back. The young man can wield knives, daggers and short swords if need be, but he prefers hand to hand combat. Long swords or anything especially heavy don't suit his swift fighting style. _________________________________ [ Name ] Enigma [ Age ] 17 [ Group ] Member [ Personality ] As his name may imply, Enigma is a very secretive young man. He keeps to himself or close to his brother Oasis and tends to shy away from girls, something he may be teased for due to his age. Despite being a capable and rather mature young man, Enigma has a hard time speaking to others on his own, and it would come as no surprise that he has inner quarrels with himself in his mind. [ Bio ] Unlike his older brother, the memory of what exactly happened to his mother is a blank slate in his mind. The young man had been especially close to her, a "mother's boy" one could say. So utterly traumatized by her death, he completely blocked off that memory, and any other memories before that. He could only remember from the moment he had woke up the day after, dry tears stained the ten year old's face but he didn't know what they were for or where they came from, what they stood for. He simply knew that Oasis was his brother, and that they were both a part of Red Ink. They were meant to help people. The locket that hung around his neck had a picture of a woman he was vaguely familiar with, but that was all he could seem to recall. [ Special Abilities ] The only special ability he seems to possess is minor healing and an immunity to most illnesses (the Plague isn't included). Perhaps this is due to his germaphobia, as he wears a gas mask, gloves and covers his entire body with clothing out of fear of germs. He would never dare leave the colony because of his extreme fear of the Plague, though he can't seem to trace why he is so afraid of it. His minor healing abilities range from healing small cuts and bruises to slowing the blood flow that comes out of heavy wounds. He can't regenerate limbs or fix broken legs, but he can lessen the pain. [ Image for Both ] They both have pale, ashy blonde locks of hair and dark, almost black, brown eyes. Enigma's poncho of sorts is a pale violet red and his jacket underneath is black. His gas mask is onyx and jeans are a dark, murky grey. That necklace around his neck is a silver locket that holds the picture of his deceased mother in it. Oasis' goggles have a silver frame and gradient red to purple tint, a black band wrapping around it. His shirt is black and white stripped, skinny jeans a deep red and vest a midnight black with white faux fur around the collar. Approved |

| Name: Arro age: 23 group: member personality: laid back, but at times of need he is passionate and fierce. bio: Arro is in charge of protecting Mina from the other faction and even from other members. Mina is very important to the higher ups, they would not want anyone to, in their words "contaminate" her and keep her from her "destiny". Little do they know he might just be the "contamination" they were afraid of... Arro was picked on when he was a child, until he developed his powers and used the to pursuade the bullies to walk in front of traffic. They were not killed but very seriously injured. When his parents figured it out, his father nearly beat him senseless, he then never used his powers to harm people intentionally. Even when he joined red ink and they tried to force him, he tried to use his power against them but something was just to powerful about them to make them untouchable. They eventually put him in the recruitment for special cases, to recruit such individuals that are very valuable and powerful that they need to be protected even from people within the members. Individuals such as Mina. He also wields a sword. Special abilities: His voice is very soothing and calming, it can pursuade anyone and even put them to sleep by his will. It can calm even the most insane of beasts. He only needs a couple of sentences of conversation for them to fall under his spell, if he says the person's name it is directed at the specific person without fail, and for the range it works in a ten foot radius or who ever is listening in (I doubt that people could hear that well unless they have an ability or something). But he has control enough to make so it is directed to who he intends to pursuade, but if he doesn't say their name there is a 10% chance of it failing, but the 90% chance of success is still very good odds. This ability works over the phone too and on a microphone, it works to all who hears it if those are who he intends to pursuade or calm. Image: Approved |

| Name- Fumika Age- 16 Group- Anti-member Personality- Quiet but not shy. Is almost usually calm, but loses all composure when she see's a cat. Bio- Shigofumi carrier, she was originally born as an anti member, but her father abandoned her at age 6, she was raised as a citizen. She stumbled upon her old house. and found her true origin, she also discovered Kanaka, her partner staff necessary for a Shigofumi letter carrier. She also finds the uniform and delivers shigofumi's across Circean. Special Abilities-Flight through a special code that Fumika calls out. Kanaka transforms into white wings which enable flight. Invisibility, Fumika calls another code that enables her invisible. Healing, Fumika can heal minor to semi major wounds. (I.E. 6 bullets to the chest, is ok, but pushing it. 1 bullet to the face is not ok) Image- Citizens have no powers, either member or antimember Edit: Sorry!
