Grading is pretty simple. Just read over the thread and award points for each deed you think is worthy. If any character does something worthy of acknowagement add points to the Skill it adheres to. If they do something that would make them stronger in anyway but doesn't apply to the Skills, give them SP points to sort as they choose. If it's something small give them points between 5-15, something bigger deserves between 20 and 35, and something really spectacular deserves up to 50. If you need an example here are a few. Never forget the last part of grading is that if the crew does something that would earn them money you decide how much. (I.E. They find treasure tell them how much it's worth)
