Definitely worse than the first movie, but imho it wasn't that bad either.Maybe because i haven't watched much fighting animes or at least none lately, but can calmly give it 7/10.

Not bad, not bad at all for a movie of its kind. I'm pretty impressed. Probably one of the best movies based on a game that doesn't have much of a plot to begin with (which is pretty much EVERY movie based on games). Considering how absolutely horrible those are, praising this one ain't saying much though.

Actually, the game has a lot of plot and backstory, but nobody is aware of it in the industry and apparently also not so much in the viewers.... I really dislike this movie because it mixes up lot elements from different time periods with what is going on in the SF4 era. For example, Ryu's problems were resolved in the SF0 era before even SF2 so shouldn't have been a focus of this movie.

It was ok but SFII Movie is the best for me.
Something that i don't understand is why the son of Ken is about to be born?
In the X-men Vs Street Fighter & Street Fighter III games, when you finish the games with Ken, you can see that he already has his son and looks like he is around 6 years old or older.
Excuse my bad english.

I thought the first half was great. It felt like the first episode of a TV show.

The second half was up and down. I didn't enjoy the fights too much. It was the weak point of this OVA.

Street Fighter III takes place after Street Fighter IV.

This movie was okay. I liked that it was more focused on the drama, however, there should have been more action too. The animation was really choppy at parts, the character proportions were strange, the color was de-saturated too much for me (though I think that's part of Street Fighter IV's design). I wish we had seen more characters, though I also appreciate that the characters that did appear were important. There were way too many close-ups.

Despite all of this, I'd say that I actually did like the movie. They could have really done better though.
