According to 47 News, seiyu Nozawa Nachi passed away on October 30th due to lung cancer. He was 72 years old.

Nozawa was one of the most experienced voice actors who had supported the initial age of Japanese TV animation (Astro Boy (1963), Okami Shonen Ken (1963)). He had trained many young seiyu currently known as veterans such as Genda Tessyo, Ishizuka Unsho, Toda Keiko, Tsukui Kyousei.
