So what are the chances of a US release?

I just got into this series when I got the first manga awhile ago. Then I found out there was an anime. So, how well has it been selling in Japan as well as the sales for the manga in the US? Does anyone know? Would love to see a US release, but is it possible for one?

Apparently it's been selling VERY well in Japan.

Chances are if any company will pick it up it'll be Media Blasters.

As for a dub it's pretty unlikely but if there's a good chance it can sell well in North America, then maybe whatever company licenses it might consider it.

Anime titles that include a dub track usually sell better.

However I think the Blu-Ray is still being released in Japan so once that's finally done there'll probably be a "grace period", because if it was licensed now then there would be a lot of reverse importing from Japan.

So don't expect a Region 1 company to license it until maybe early to mid 2011.
