| Anyone notice how at the beginning of the show, BRS have 0 scar? She's fighting another character, which is also drawn by BRS's artist... So that character is responsible for the scar on BRS's abdomen. |

| there were events and figures long before the ova, some of the figures had scars, some not. so there was the question why and they asked about it in an interview edit: cant give you the links anymore, just read and heard it when i was looking for some figures to buy |

| It's not an official video. HUKE and ryo had nothing to do with it. Anomaro-P’s PV is fanmade take on the BRS storyline. I'm starting to wonder if the BRS from the beginning actually died during her fight with BGS. And Mato's "wish" to be with Yomi again awoke her "other self" and brought about a more powerful one? Ugh...I can't explain it. It's kinda like how Princess Serenity was reborn as Usgai who becomes Sailor Moon, even though Princess Serenity was never a Sailor Scout in the past XD They are "other selves", but they are each other. Black Blade BRS and Rock Cannon BRS are kinda different, aren't they? The whole "star" thing isn't apparent with Black Blade BRS, but it's a trademark of Mato and rock cannon BRS; Black Blade BRS looks a little older, with a more defined face and looks much more taller...and Mato's and Rock Cannon BRS faces are more round, and obviously shorter; they look more alike. And, of course, Rock Cannon BRS looks like she is waking up when she's on the edge of that bridge, and suddenly has the canon and the coat. |

What really got me is the fact that BRS show up in front of Mato with both scars. So BRS have been active long before Mato... who exactly is Black Gold that she's fighting and why... | That's true. But she might have gotten the second scar after she was smashed under the rubble. And big wounds like that don't just close-up on their own; they have to be stitched up, or the person will either bleed out, or get a life-threatening infection. Which is why I think the first BRS died. Mato's wish resurected BRS WITH the scars (because she's not going to come back all torn up, obviously XD), and by merging with Mato, her other self, became more powerful, with the rock cannon and the ability to win (since I don't think her first form was that strong) But yeah! You're right! She does! XD |

| A bunch of stuff that was in the pilot wasn't in the OVA, so ^ is a moot point. Besides, we never said she was a different person. Please re-read the posts. Anyway, I used a screen capture program, that captures almost everything, and found only TWO caps in the BRS vs. BGS fight where she DOES have a scar: http://i36.tinypic.com/14cr8k4.jpg Looks like the animators/editors missed a spot XD |
