Me too mostly very childhood friend in every anime doesn’t win but in this anime by cover and first blue one was introduced and also mc said he doesn’t want a girl like her which means at the end he will get girl like her.

First episode I was bit iffy but this convinced me. This is going to be peak love triangle. Tbh both of the girls are great. Just hoping the winner isn't very clear but unlikely. Himari is making questionable decisions. So if she changes quick it better. She is still probably favorite because main girl.

the faster the triangle is established, the better. It makes it harder to pick a side and keep the drama and expectations going

Well, of course.
Blue-haired girl (Himari) helps the other two but along the way realizes she's actually in love with the mc. MC is doubtful about who he loves at first but by the end realizes he's also in love with Himari. The other girl (Rion) gets her heart broken but decides to support them. I could tell this much before starting the show.

To be clear, I'm no way criticizing the show. I'm enjoying it a lot so far.
