This episode follows Mario, who was inspired by his grandfather and wants to protect the forest and its creatures.

He’s searching for his missing friend, a giant eagle named King. But during his search, he stumbles upon some people illegally mining gold and gets chased—only to be saved by a MIRU disguised as King, named Mill.

Thanks to those money-hungry hogs, a fire breaks out due to their carelessness and starts spreading fast. With Mill’s help, Mario manages to extinguish the fire. By the end, he finally sees the real King.

The series isn’t complicated, but it’s lacking a connected story. Each episode feels like a standalone tale with a new main character and a different MIRU.

This one guy never saw it, period. He’s cutting and pasting from some website. He really wants to be some kind of otaku influencer, but bullshitting people with fake reviews isn’t cool

@nhkam I've watched it too, so you're the one bullshitting. It's broadcast every Thursday at 22:00 (JST) on TokyoMX (or 02:30 on MBS, but who bothers watching MBS?). You can easily watch it using IPTV services like KaeriTV or MujiTV. There was also a behind-the-scenes episode broadcast on Friday, April 4th at 23:30 (JST).

I do feel like the thread is mistitled, though, because episode 1 is actually called episode 079, and episode 2 is called episode 101. In addition, there are episodes 217, 630 and 926.

Incidentally, the first two episodes are disconnected not just in story. The first episode (and also third) is fully in 3D, while the second is mostly in 2D. It also has different writers, as only episodes 079 (i.e. 1) and 630 (i.e 4) have the same writer. There is one top producer (Ueda Masao), though.
