Nothing really important to the plot or anything ( I think?). When I watched the first episode last week, during the interview Hitoyoshi asks the maid what how they are related. The maid responds:

You are the grandson of a woman who used to freeload off of my master's legitimate child's wife's cousin's second son.

It kinda got me stumped for a minute, and once I understood, I thought of drawing a relationship graph just because. The sentence is copied verbatim from the subtitles. Anyway, the graph.

I am saying the maid to avoid spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen beyond ep 1.

Though, now that I am looking at it. I don't think the master could be old enough so that the children of a (2nd degree) son in law can be freeloaded off from by someone who is likely as old or older than the master. I guess it was not supposed to make sense ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
