Huh...? I am once again befuddled. Are they implying she is his sister or at least somehow closely related to him? What's up with the "abomination"?

Also why did the only seemingly normal character (after Nanako), the school president, have to be a weirdo too?... Like how did we go from her condemning him and saying she won't allow this at school, to this?
