| I dropped this show, but the soundtrack was gorgeous. It's the one thing that I enjoyed. It felt very different from other TV anime soundtracks, but closer to film soundtracks. The soundtrack on it's own is very good but I did not like the way it was used during the show.
In my opinion it had the tendency to linger on for too long and to be overused at times. It felt like adding to much seasoning to a dish.
But maybe this is just a 'me' thing. I cannot fully wrap my head around it either.

| @Hiyajo-san I thought it was just me. I agree with you, despite liking the soundtrack. It almost felt distracting a lot of times. It might've been why I actually noticed and paid attention to the soundtrack. It could be the sound mixing, like the music was simply too loud? I also thought maybe it was because I wasn't really into what was happening on screen... |
