| When government and people want to for women to just marry and have kids they don't see them as people but as incubators to produce more soldiers and/or consumers. Really awful times the were, you know what your government is doing is wrong but you are too afraid to say something against it and in the same time you don't know what would better solution. It easy to say stuff about WWII from our future perspective, but the Japanese could imagine the worst in case of losing the war. |
