So we learn Sukine’s backstory and it turns out she had been outed as a lesbian in elementary school and bullied for it and now has made her current persona to make sure that never happens again. So this gives us some key backstory on why she reacts to Chiyoko’s and Yashashiro’s developing relationship.

If Chiyoko just told the truth to anybody than this manga would effectively end.
