Any news about this series? Chapter release?

I've been keeping up with this series for more than 7 years and reread it recently, but it seems like chapters (or just the translations?) are really rare, like 1-2 a year, latest I could find being 65. Is that the same in japan or are they further ahead? Is the author doing ok, are they still planning to continue this series?

1 Chapter behind Japanese release and it’s currently on its 4th hiatus in the last 4 years with only 2 new chapters in the last 2 years. Can’t find anything about why though.
