| Did that guy get court martialed for ineptitude? I mean, dude merely had shortcomings, but that doesn't seem like a coherent reason for a court martial. The character design is as good as always, albeit increasingly... colorful. Really contrasts with the brutal world of the manga, so I'm not sure how to feel about it. |
