youre tripping, since when did fanservice = ecchi? this would mean half the shounen anime need an ecchi tag

Manga doesn't have the tag so the anime don't need it. Also fanservice was never equal to Ecchi. No idea why you think that but you should do better for yourself.

People are saying fanservice ≠ ecchi

When it shows up on every episode and we get a scene of a girl touching herself and ahegaoing that's ecchi enough though is it not..

Like, y'all say shounen have fanservice too but in their case it's like once every ten episodes for a long one.
