Is its own thing from the beginning. Is ugly and charmless, I dropped it instantly after episode 1.

It’s both first two seasons smushed out and with only key moments. They removed A LOT of content. I really don’t hate it but it should be taken as an extra for the interested and not as its own thing because you would miss a lot by only watching this and not the anime.

If you want a good netflix adaptation watch Teasing Master Takagisan instead.

It definitely speed runs through the story, so if you havent seen the anime, its like the cliff notes of what happened. I paused at episode 9 because it started to bring up events from season 3 but i need to go back and finish it now.
