bruh
This damn game has taken so long, SO FKNG LONG to release that they even made a movie for it.

In case you have no idea what I'm talking about:
"As part of the "Inazuma Eleven" series, it was announced as "Inazuma Eleven Ares" in 2016 and was set to be released in 2018 for PlayStation 4, Switch, iOS, and Android before being delayed to sometime after May 2019 in December 2018. The game was renamed to "Inazuma Eleven: Great Road of Heroes" and delayed to 2020 in September 2019. In April 2020, the game was delayed to 2021. It was delayed again to 2023 in April 2021. In July 2022, the title was changed to "Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road". In November 2023, the game was announced to have been delayed again to 2024, while a PlayStation 5 version and a March 2024 worldwide beta were announced. In December 2023 a PC version was announced. In September 2024, a release date of June 2025 was announced.

The game originally meant to tie into the anime series, Inazuma Eleven: Ares, that aired in Japan in 2018."

Source: Wikipedia (lol)

During the time they have been developing the game, we had:
>2 seasons anime (75 episodes total), plus ovas.
>1 Japan exclusive mobile game spin-off (Inazuma Eleven SD) that lived for only 1 year LMAO (from January 3rd to December 1st, 2020).
>3 project restarts (1st it was going to be about the OG Inazuma, then about Ares, then it became it's own thing).
>3 name changes for the tittle of the game.
>7 release date delays (and probably more to come).
>2 betas, first for Switch, then for Steam.
>An announcement for a remake of the 1st game, without this game being even released yet.
>Now, a damn movie, and the game still hasn't released.
All of that since fkng 2016, 8-9 years.
This is insane.

When this game finally releases, the Earth will crumble.
(I want it so bad lol)

i mean level 5 since they came back to the west has been an absolute mess. Not just an Inazuma Eleven thing.

None of the games they have announced came out when they were supposed to all of them have been delayed a year or more.

I'm glad they are back but holy they need to sort themselves out.

Saw this in cinemas and I think its a pretty good way to get people interested in the newer series. It seems like they realised that they needed to springboard off the OG anime (the reason I even watched it) and its a pretty strong start with slightly darker vibes than the og I11 series. Good watch, hopefully it comes out on streaming services soon so everyone else can watch it. I do plan to buy the game as well since this has really piqued my interest.

Game is also set to release in Japan in June this year according to the offical website.

Level 5 is a mess since like GO Chrono Stone, everything else that came in the same/after that time period was been doubtful at best
