So yeah.... As a mad fanatic of One Piece, my mind has been growing crazy with so many great islands which we could visit in future arcs. So here are the ones on my Wishlist:

  1. Raijin Island (the island where its always thundering and one of the three islands you can visit just like Punk Hazard. We saw Urouge visit it and he did get out of there and went on to fight one of the sweet generals at Toto land so I hope we get to know more Raijin in his backstory once we meet him)
  2. Vodka kingdom (Kaido's hometown and the place where the people of Oni race live. I really want to discover more about this race and whether the kingdomever got the chance to attend Reverie after Kaido constantly ran away from marines and what is their current state)
  3. Lodestar (the final island before Laugh Tale which I am really anticipating)

What other islands can you think of and would like to see more of and what do you think of the islands I mentioned?

With all the referenced islands, races, and places we haven’t yet seen, I want OP to continue forever. Unfortunately it looks like it’ll wrap up in the next few years according to Oda, so we may not get to see many more islands after Elbaph.

I honestly think after elbaf, we're properly head to raftel before the final war and epilogue.

we may get side stories after the story is finished, otherwise One Piece will be going on till 2045 aha.

I was thinking about it before heading to sleep. its gonna end in the next 6-8 years probably which makes me sad.

I don’t even think it’ll be that long. Oda said that the story is in its final saga, which likely means 1-2 more years if I were to guess. Maybe as much as 3, but I highly doubt it’ll be any more than that.

@GoCrayzee

How can OP end in 2 years when Egghead alone took that much time, and we've at the very least Elbaf, Laugh Tale and the final war to get through.

Oda's comment about OP finishing soon are nothing but a marketing ploy to attract new readers. This manga is not ending anytime soon.

I reckon 6 years.

2 years for elbaf

1 year for raftel

3 years for the final war and epilogue

That could be true. Being in the final stages could mean another several years considering the series is over 25 years old now. I guess it depends how you think.

Hopefully we have many more years of One Piece to come!

Oda said in 5 years it’d end a little while back.
Maybe it’ll run longer with a break every so often that he has but we’ll see!

honestly i’d love to see all the islands you mentioned especially kaidos hometown. however , i don’t think we’ll see many more islands since one piece is in its final saga. after elbaf i think we’ll go into another time skip and head towards laughable after and the crew will prob stop at islands on the way and those will probably create mini arcs.

Honestly if the series was better paced and some arcs hadn't lasted like 3-4 years, we would've had more time to see more New World islands. I thought it was a shame that Raijin Island wasn't explored by the crew, although maybe Oda thought it would be redundant? Idk but there've been some interesting islands name dropped that we'll never see.

The Strawhats didn't visit Raijin Island cuz they can visit any one of the first three islands in New world. Strawhats visited Punk Hazard but maybe we will get to know more when we properly meet Urouge as he visited Raijin. Also, if I'm not wrong... I remember Roger running away from constant thunder strikes on an island during his journey so maybe he visited Raijin Island as well!
