I was hoping it would be better or equal to season 1 in quality but I feel like it's low-key worse. Though it's been a while since I've seen season 1 so maybe I'm misremembering. I really remember enjoying it.
But I like the characters, I like the world, should I switch to reading it instead?

no it's really good but you should read the manga since every anime tends to cut things out but the anime is tower of peak

I tried reading the manhwa from season 2 and on but it feels just as bad as the anime.
I dont think ppl who say the manhwa is peak know what they are talking about.
But who knows i may be wrong, dropped it very fast... but its not a good sign.

Just read Berserk bro.

This part was a tough read in the webtoon also, too bad cause the anime is gonna stop just before a pretty good arc starts

I've reread it recently and it felt as good as the first time i've read it. However after reading chapters after watching their adaptation they left a sour taste. I think it won't really be groundbreaking if you read it after watching and this is why. The anime adapts most of the stuff 1:1, which is not bad on it's own but it falls flat because it adds nothing. It's emotionless, has really bad pacing, does no buildup, misunderstands the source. It will not feel like a different experience if you read it after watching, you will perceive the manhwa through the lens of the anime. You will fill the missing parts between the panels with the dissapointment of the anime. I'd suggest dropping the anime and reading ahead if you wish to have a pleasant experience. And yeah, the manhwa is really good and not nearly as annoying and random as the anime.

@Cinkciut Also as a example. The scene when Baam and Rak reunite is one of my favorite scenes from the entirety of TOG but the anime butchered it so much that it feels worse reading it again than it felt before i watched it being adapted
