Why Most Scored 8? Me too

I never get the love for this manga, It's poorly written, loses its own identity of what it wants to be (alien hunting death game or a social commentary on humanity), very sexist (most women being defenseless sex objects that don't fight in the beginning as well as rape and death fodder for the most part of the manga) like jesus fucking christ even Lupin wasn't as sexist like that one I can understand since Lupin was made in the 60's (70's for anime) as well as extremely homophobic and racist shit that even makes Katsura Hashino look like a less problematic person (black guy is treated as a homosexual rapist as well as a Asian man ). Overused fanservice to the point it makes Dead Or Alive, Fairy Tail, Senran Kagura and Highschool DXD (at least that one was supposed to focus on sexual themes) blush like okay why so much nipple shots, manga startup cover girls that are nude/partial nude, sex scenes and let's not forget the fucking dog and I'm not going to say what it did (yes it's even in the PS2 game and it does the same funny enough despite the game being rated CERO D (17+)) like sure Gantz is fine to use fanservice but when it's supposed to be about fighting aliens in a death game don't use it this down bad geez, as well as overused and poorly executed shock value for the sake of mean spiritedness and to be edgy. If you wanna see a remotely mature Seinen manga series go read peak shit like Berserk, Black Lagoon, Kingdom and Vinland Saga. Speaking of its fanservice, Gantz is probably one of the reasons why fanservice has to be toned down nowadays and is given more hate than love as well as being considered sexist even if the female character is strong, hell it could be the reason why Dead Or Alive is more modest with 6 toning down the sexiness of the female fighters.
