Looks like we're going to find out a lot about Morena from this game which is exciting because she is one of the most interesting characters from this arc, I'm looking forward to seeing what happens!

Interesting chapter. I believe this game will be as relevant as Gungi in Chimera Ants. It may sound silly at first, but I'm sure this card game will be our way into Morena's backstory and explain her motivations and more.

Btw can we talk about Morena's video game collection behind her? She's not only hot as fuck, this sicko also really loves games lol which is a cool detail cuz it fits with her nen ability and the whole level system that her subordinates need to acquire after receiving her kiss.

Togashi managed to engineer a way that Morena naturally will spill as much beans as he deems necessary at the moment for the sake of the plot and I applaud that.

I'm really glad about his post on twitter about completing chapter 410. A full batch of ten chapters will probably be published this year and will most likely continue in 2025!

@JudgeRuthless It's surprising that you attack the chapter as a Liar Game fan.

But the fact that you're a Gintama fanboy says a lot too, a manga that I love and enjoyed a lot, but that has many caricatured villains (except Hosen who is believable and has an interesting motivation) and the fights are exciting due to the choreography of the action and that's it, nothing strategic in the end.

Togashi also made games in Yu Yu Hakusho, but I think what bothers you is that the games are starring characters other than the ones we've grown to love, I can understand that, but I love mangas that explore other characters as much as the old ones.

@a0i-kun I can understand that, you must have been excited about our old characters appearing frequently and were disappointed with the characters introduced in the arc gaining space.

But remember what the Chimera arc was, it is important that Togashi develops the characters and all the gears he installed in the arc's mechanics.

And another thing, Togashi's love for anticlimax is not new either.
