Currently, only released in cinemas in Japan. For the global release, either in your local cinemas or on the streaming platforms, you may have to wait for like 6-12 months or so. Or, you can also hope for the Japanese BD release and hope that someone will fansub it.

I just watched it in cinema in Tokyo near where I live. It was alright but I was literally falling asleep halfway through.

I saw it a couple weeks ago on the plane. At least Lufthansa and Austrian airlines are streaming it on the in flight entertainment.
