| Hotaru was busy, so Itsuki got to be a dogsitter for Kinoko Inu. It was fun and refreshing see those two together. :) Takoyaki > melon bread, if you ask Kinoko Inu. |

| Kinokoinu just gets more cute and lovable with each episode. |
| It's the little things that they put in. Like how dogs just become dazed when left behind, which is sadder to see than them acting out or whimpering. The silhouette through the frosted glass door. How they look like they're going to burst with sheer joy. How they try to defend you from silly things, like the wind or melon bread. Looks like we're getting a new character next episode. |

| Hotaru and Komako's business trip defintely puts Kinokoinu locked at home, but the former needs to give it something to do while he's gone... With both editor and assistant out to Akita for a signing event and leaving Yara to Kinokoinu, dare him to try infiltrating on Hotaru's privacy, but Kinokoinu is always looking...at its magazine photo next to Hanako. And while Yara feeds Kinokoinu takoyaki, him intentionally leaving one plate for Hotaru is too sweet and kind while waiting for him to come back with open arms. Since Hotaru can't keep up with technology, Yara teaching Kinokoinu how to type on a smartphone proves too much, even for its owner. Kinokoinu going back to the Hiragana book trying to improve on its writing is one, as Hotaru contemplates why was he eating melon breads to begin with because Kinokoinu started just woofing them all down, the letter is just as important, and now, takoyaki takes precedence over melon bread, with smiles. Kinokoinu and Hotaru's relationship just gets better. |
