I enjoy this manga but am dropping due to so long durations between the chapters

I like this manga a lot and read it very quickly due to the enjoyment. I've given it an 8 but now I've gotten a bit of issue with it being the time duration between chapters. I mean I know the art is craaaaazy good and detailed but I might have been okay with a bit less details but a bit less time in between. Like the mangaka of Dandadan Yukinobu Tatsu I guess makes craaaaaazy good art as well but somehow keeps on giving that pretty quickly. Maybe the mangaka of this manga wants to give their all in every panel, then maybe we could get some smaller chapters of less pages atleast man. I didn't feel like this when I read their one other manga which was also pretty enjoyable as per story but the art was still legit... It was called Endewi I guess.

Sadly I'll be dropping it and maybe read it again after it is finished. What do you guys think ?

Just put on hold and call it a day. No need to drop especially if you like it since hold and drop don't have the same significance.

@Otakupervert890 Yea I meant that only as you would have read that I’ll complete it when it’s finished publishing but I forgot about the hold option

Maybe just forget about it for like 2-3 months and come back to some more chapters to read, no need to keep up to date with everything. This series has crazy good art and it would be a shame if that got lost due to faster releases.

@NachoMist That’s the thing man I can handle other monthly like Wistoria but this one is soo good that it’s difficult to wait

That’s fair - I just wait for a whole volume to finish releasing then read that. I agree that the waiting partially ruins it (also my terrible memory forgetting what happened in the previous chapter because it was so long ago, lol). I’d personally recommend putting it on hold instead of full-on dropping, but that’s just my take.

Mangaka are human beings, their physical and mental health are vital to a good story. People in the business have died because of overwork. If the monthly releases aren't your thing, do what you want. The person behind the story ultimately matters more though lol.

If you’re planning on reading after it’s finished i’d say you’re putting it On-hold, not dropping it.
