| Huhu... they are really going to leave us worrying for Xiahou Dan and the others until the next season >.< Glad Wanyin made it to his side safely, and provided the needed back up. Just need to wait for the Imperial Guards... and it looks like the astronomer has finished convincing his interrogator. Also, wasn't expecting that reveal about that Yan prince also being a puppet :O! And rest in peace Wang Zhao :( Wonder what the white haired guy was doing...still looking for the cure for the headaches? I enjoyed the episode, but there was too much going on X) Great season, just was a bit annoyed with the sound disappearing in a few past episodes, and with the subtitles in this last episode not showing up due to the song lyrics being translated too. Anyway, it had great animation and awesome voice acting ^^ |
| I actually quite enjoyed this episode and it closed out season 1 with anticipation. I stumbled upon this series by chance on YouTube and ended up paying to see the rest of the paid episodes. It didn't disappoint. The story or the translations confused me sometimes but overall it was a fun story with a good mix of humor and drama. The male lead's back story added a refreshing plot twist and a nice bit of angst to the story. I like both the leads, and I have to say I really like the voice of Xiahou Dan. Looking forward to season 2!!! |
