| Ayako finally got the chance to leave the cellar and yet she let it slip away. It's completely understandable. Being confined in such a small space for so long must've taken a toll on her mental health. The cellar became her entire world. She knows nothing outside of it. Of course there's the fear of her family and what they might do to her if she leaves, too. Shiro's decision to nail the hatch shut is terrible. His talk with Ichiro was really bad too. It's a real pity to see him think like that. At last Sakuemon has died. Naoko appeared for his funeral and it was nice to see her now that she's older. She's the only untainted Tenge left, excluding Ayako. |
