Crunchy has released S6 EDUB (including the OVAs) IN ONE BATCH RELEASE on September 30th. https://www.crunchyroll.com/news/announcements/2024/9/27/natsumes-book-of-friends-anime-season-6-english-dub-release they'll also be English dubbing S7, but that date hasn't been announced yet. i'm betting it'll happen within 3 weeks of Ep1 premiering in Japan. https://www.crunchyroll.com/news/seasonal-lineup/2024/9/18/fall-2024-anime-crunchyroll as most of my fellow Natsume Dub-o-philes know, the first 3 seasons of NBoF weren't Edub by Funimation or Crunchyroll. but with S4 Jad Saxon (ADR Director) headed up an IMHO great cast! |

| @ZXEAN unfortunately, Funi-Roll is doing the TV works before the Natsume movies. we might just get lucky and a movie EDub pops up earlier than i expect... like in the midst of S7... but i'm personally guessing the movies will get their turns after S7's final Ep. gets its EDub. in order to keep the clicks/streams/memberships flowing for Crunchy's services with more Natsume content. some titles recently have gotten peculiar treatments by the 'SONY mega-anime-monopoly'. Crunchy has 'soft confirmed' that the 'Rascal Doesn't Dream' S1 on TV part of the franchise will receive a... retroactive... EDub after the 3 sequel movies' EDubs did so well and any further Rascal 'seasons' in the future will get EDubs. just like how 'Love is War' and 'Irregular at Magic High School' and 'The Unwanted Undead Adventurer' and 'Berserk of Gluttony' got batch and retroactive and seriously LATE releases for their EDubs. sometimes, the consumers just have to wait and see what happens. :( |
