I'm glad they adapted hayase in the last episode, was really worried they might skip it cause I always liked her story with makoto from the first time I read the manga

But there's only one episode left and if I remember correctly there's still the stuff about makoto's grandfather (I think? It's been a while since I read the manga) and aoi's overseas trip. Do we have time to adapt them all in one episode?

No. If they want to adapt everything, they’ll need a second season or at least a handful of OVAs

i am also worried about the same thing. one episode is definitely not enough to cover all the last plot points and i doubt if they ever will announce a second season. i hope they will though, the anime needs to fully cover the whole story otherwise it’s gonna be incomplete.

Well it kinda feels like this anime has been blasting through the source material at top speed so I wouldn't be surprised if they actually try to stuff the rest of it in the last episode.

Let me big brain this real quick:
They gonna completely skip Aoi overseas trip and try to clump Makoto’s grandfathers story in one episode. Then confession and the end
This seems like the best thing they could do with only a chapter left.

I wonder why people are watching this anime. Aren't modern audiences call this type of thing woke?

Honestly that could very well be the case. I remember the manga for this winning the award “things we want to see animated”, but with how far into the manga s1 has taken us they might skip aoi arc and sum down the grandpa arc.

I’ll still like it ofc, but i also really liked the aoi overseas arc xD

I don’t know if they can integrate all the story in only 12 episodes. Hayase arc was made, but I think it will be necessary a second season to cover everything.
