All the badminton smashes by the main guy in the trailer looked really cool with the background sound. I hope we get good animation quality in smashes during the badminton matches.

Yeah we'll get a lot! Also some three pointers and layups.

There are some other characters that have to be shown a lot stronger than the MC, so that will need more impact in animation, so you can expect some crazy animations for the introduction of those characters.

I will say the manga is like 20% sports 80% romance so don’t expect a lot of the sports stuff. That being said, the manga is so good

I doubt it next season has a lot of high profile shows coming up with two of the most anticipated projects being Re; zero and the Ranma remake we can only hope it turns out to be a hidden gem.

Well that’s just blatantly untrue. While yes, the romance definitely is the forefront, there is a hell of a lot of badminton in this series. More like a 38/62 kinda split.
