Something different from the usual dungeon explorations. A cooking session class!

I think it's cute they focused on food and vegetables. It's not on the level of Dungeon Meshi but still has its moments. Oh and Clay's outfit this episode looks neat.

Nom nom. This episode made me hungry.

Food-themed episodes seem to be a big thing nowadays in anime.

Clay got a new nice looking armor.

Today's dungeon experience brings us an apparent genre shift to Gourmet. The dwarven diet consisting entirely of meat and alcohol seems pretty appealing. Wouldn't mind seeing Clay in the cultured armor from the previous administrator. Clay's back to exploring the dungeon now... Her performance on the ninth floor suggests that she's gotten much stronger.

A pleasant episod Clay and Belle now know a bit more about cooking. The former dungeon master was a pervert when it came to women's armor, but what did Rangard mean when he said Belle's armor designs are terrible? It's quite endearing that Belle greets her every time she returns from the dungeon.

And the previous dungeon master was clearly a man of culture.

The armor scene was great, love how they casually threw shade at the old-school chainmail bikini in fantasy, passing it off as the demands of the pervy old dungeon master. Left me wondering just how bad Belle's designs were that he couldn't even mention/show them to Clay though. lol

Solid character work throughout with Clay learning that her old man may not have always been right, as shown by the cooking segment, as well as accepting her own current limits and working within them when she retreated from exploration to rest. Standout moments were her traumatized reaction to the proposal of an exploration ban vs. actual death, and the genuinely sweet 'okaeri, tadaima' ending to the episode where another realization kicked in- that she had someone waiting for her at home.

Cute episode, as usual. Good to see that Clay's father's advice isn't so good. Interesting stake Clay set for herself. If she dies once in the dungeon, her life as an explorer. I wonder if that will come up later.

I like that Clay spamming mana has side effects. Though if that was her concern, she could just use it defensively until she determines that Mana is necessary to cut the enemy down.

Sometime in the future I bet there will be a segment where Clay makes a deadly mistake on floor 10 while exploring... then, in tears, has to beg Belle to be able to explore again only to be met with "Oh, that's fine. I wasn't going to hold you to that 😋"

Another lovely episode!
Clay finally blushed!
🥰🥰
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

Delicious in Dungeon... people?
@TrekkieNoob yeah that's the same thing I want to ask as well 😂
I need somebody who can love me at my worst
No, I'm not perfect, but I hope you see my worth
'Cause it's only you, nobody new, I put you first
And for you, girl, I swear I'll do the worst

If you stay forever, let me hold your hand
I can fill those places in your heart no else can
Let me show you love, oh, I don't pretend, yeah
I'll be right here, baby, you know I'll sink or swim

Ah, the "tadaima, okaeri" ending was very cute.

Her dad clearly had some very strange ideas. (And yes, I mean both the cooking and the armour.)

It's interesting that she felt like the cooking with seasoning was familiar to her, though, after she'd done it once. I wonder if that's hinting at some dark secret in her past that she's lost memories or something.

Sort of chill episode. I'm not surprised by the Dungeon Meshi tribute. Also, it was funny how they poked fun at fantasy anime armor. This might turn out to be a HGOS.

A kitchen where it's not properly utilized, Clay wants to make it happen for Belle, though the unconventionality of using her own dungeon knife is just for her alone.

Let's be real: Clay only knows how to cook simply, and Rangard comes in to enlighten her, though the former's prep of vegetable soup doesn't go well without any salt. Clay definitely needs a teacher, and Furin does the job well and fine, though dragon meat is something that is quite the luxurious item, and she's still able to make it look and taste as great. Clay has a lot to learn then...

With Rangard's retooling of Clay's new swords, comes another set of armour that he made for her from the assets of their old master...who has a skin fetish, but thankfully he didn't go around that, and it's also easy to move around with than her usual, enough to go exploring around the dungeon. Of course, Clay still has to maintain confidentiality with her work exploring the 9th floor, encountering monster spirits and missing on huge treasure chests that doesn't provide the dagger that she wants, more or less with the new swords that take up more mana than she ever realized.

A simple episode, but still enjoyable.

I used to use a bit too much salt when I tried cooking for myself at time back in the day.
I like how Clay wanted a punishment for dying in the dungeon.

I have ADD, ADHD & AUTISM, but this won't stop me. Let's keep having fun together.
