| It sometimes feels like the relationship between Tomoya and his dad is a bit unpolished. Like, we only ever see some casual interactions and we get to know about the fight they had which practically ruined Tomoya's dreams, but I've always felt like the writing when it comes to this plot point was weak, because it never quite managed to make the audience feel what Tomoya feels, so one doesn't really get emotionally involved in this portion of the story, it feels like somethinf that you can skip over because it just works like an argumentative bridge. |
